Scott was born and raised on a small farm northwest of Brandon. After high school he chose Brandon to get married and raise his family. When not working he spends his time with his wife Janine and children Thomas, Isaac, and Bronwyn. Being raised in a family with entrepreneurial parents and continuing to work part time in his father’s store (Bromley’s Menswear), Scott was able to learn the importance of customer service and satisfaction. After a short career as a Red Seal mechanic Scott was able to switch directions and spend 18 years working his way up through the construction industry ending up as a partner in one of Brandon’s local construction companies (Westman Premier Homes). While still very involved in construction and continuing to build and renovate people’s homes, it only seemed like a natural fit to add real estate as another way to service the community. Scott admits he understands the importance for what is required and enjoys working with people and aid them in one on the biggest decisions emotionally and financially they will make. His approach is what he calls the white glove treatment, meaning handling his client’s needs with exceptional care and attention.
