Pouria Nikravan is a retail and development land specialist at Royal LePage Commercial and together with Raman Bayanzadeh, they have been successful in facilitating over $160,000,000 in commercial and land deals in just the past 12 months. Originally from Iran, Pouria moved to Calgary in 2003 and relocated to Vancouver in 2008. While in Vancouver, he attended the Sauder School of Business at University of British Columbia to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Real Estate and Finance. During University, he worked for TD Bank and RBC in both personal and small business – this informed his drive to help others reach their goals. He now utilizes this same client-based focus to make a difference. Pouria has built a solid business focus of dedication, communication, determination, and trust.
