In 2013 I wanted to make a career change from Daycare/Nursery SchoolTeacher to Real Estate. I had always kept my eye on the Real Estate market and current active listings. I received my Real Estate Licence in July 2013 and dove right in! After working on a team at a different Brokerage and then on my own for awhile at Royal LePage Prime Real Estate I was missing that team aspect. I was asked and eagerly joined The Jeremy Zdrill Team in 2016. I love working in a team environment. As a team we support and encourage each other to improve our skills.There are so many things that I love about my job! I specialize in residential resale as well as new construction. I get to meet new people everyday at Buyer/Listing appointments, open houses, new build appointments or property showings. The relationships I have built over the years have been career long as I work a lot with repeat and referral business. At a listing appointment, I will give you advice on minor repairs or touchups your home may require. I will also help seller’s prepare for pictures by giving advice on decluttering and furniture placement. I always want your home to show at it’s very best to potential buyers. When working with buyers I provide guidance on pricing, location, schools, suggesting professional inspections that a home may require when making an offer, and I take the time to listen to your needs/wants to help find you the perfect home. I also really love helping my clients plan their dream home at build appointments. I give them guidance with floor plan and layout, lot choices, finishes and advise you how to stay on budget.
