Beginning her real estate career in 2010, Ashley joined the family business learning of the residential & commercial real estate markets while working side by side with her father & mentor Wayne Tullis. Ashley was able to draw off of Wayne’s 34 plus years experience within the industry. Ashley has successfully lead many clients through sales, purchases & lease transactions. While doing so Ashley received the Macdonald Realty Award of Excellence in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017. Since beginning her career in 2010 Ashley has been a part of $92,352,000.00 of sales volume of real estate transactions. Ashley was born and raised in Coquitlam having lived there majority of her life while enjoying the family vacation home in Tulameen since 1996 and fell in love with the area. Making the decision to relocate to the Princeton community in 2018 and continue her career in real estate. Coming from the fast paced Vancouver real estate market Ashley will draw from that experience & knowledge knowing what it takes to help you reach your real estate goals effectively & efficiently. Ashley is passionate about helping her clients navigate the Similkameen area real estate market weather it be listing your home for sale, purchasing your dream home, securing an investment or rental property you will feel at ease & comfortable throughout the entire process. When not assisting clients with their real estate needs Ashley loves to be outdoors enjoying what the Similkameen Valley has to offer including camping in the summer & snowmobiling in the winter months!
