Hi! My name is Cody Flesher and I have been a residential Realtor since 2015. I am beyond excited and proud to be a part of an amazing brokerage at Royal Lepage Sterling and a member of the hard working & professional Apex Real Estate Group. As a Realtor I have been a part of many different types of transactions. I have worked with everything from apartments and townhomes to multi-million dollar listings and everything in between. Being recognized as one of the top agents in the industry has always been a goal of mine. After a few years of hard work and determination I was awarded the Medallion Club award in 2018, an award that is only given to the top 10% of agents in the all of the lower mainland. I have continued to earn that status every year since and moving forward will continue to strive for other top achievements in the industry as I grow in my career. I was born and raised in Port Moody, I purchased my first home in Coquitlam and now I reside in Port Coquitlam with my wife our kids & our dog. As a Tri Cities agent, I feel I have an advantage in this area as a local. I like to think of myself as a Tri City expert, I have lived in all three cities and know everything there is to know. Growing up in these beautiful cities for the past 35+ years allows me to confidently share my knowledge of all the diverse pockets and neighbourhoods with my clients. Not only does my experience cover the Tri Cities, but every day I am constantly expanding my knowledge of the Lower Mainland in places like Downtown Vancouver, North Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Langley, New Westminster and Burnaby to name a few. I am very driven, personable, hard-working and professional. As your Realtor I am 100% committed to helping you feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire buying and/or selling process.
