I was born and raised in the Parksville/Qualicum area, and have deep roots in this community. My Real Estate career started in the summer of 2003 and it was the best move I could have ever made. I have been very blessed to be Parksville's top agent for the last 9 years and I pride myself in offering service to my clients based on integrity, professionalism and trust. Each client is treated as an individual according to their specific needs because I believe a reputation takes years to build, but only moments to destroy. My life before Real Estate involved ten years of building custom and spec homes. I was involved in every aspect of construction from the ground up, right until the owners moved in. This vast knowledge in construction is a tremendous asset to my clients because I understand what I am dealing with when it comes to the buying or selling homes. I am very blessed to have a beautiful wife and 4 wonderful children, they are the reason I work so hard! Vancouver Island is truly one of the most beautiful places in Canada. From the beautiful mountain ranges to ski on, to the open ocean to enjoy, it doesn't get better then living on this beautiful island!
