Matthew was raised and still resides in the Lynn Valley area of North Vancouver with his wonderful wife and two young children. Apart from a period in his younger years when he traveled to 21 countries, learning about the world’s cultures and languages, he has spent his time in this community. Since then, he has built a diverse set of skills, perfectly suited to help fellow community members make real estate decisions. Matthew’s strong work ethic began in childhood when he was a top-level minor hockey referee and an "elite" junior tennis player. He developed a keen interest in financial markets at a young age, which has continued to this day, giving him decades of experience in following markets, understanding both macro and microeconomic trends, and the human psychology that drives them. Although his career in finance was cut short to take over the family business, he didn’t rest on his laurels. He gained experience in construction and property management and began his real estate career in 2013, helping hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Today, Matthew still operates his family business and runs Curb Appeal Property Experts, a general contracting company focused on boosting the potential sales value of homes. When he’s not facilitating real estate transactions, you’ll often find Matthew in the community with his family, enjoying local events in any weather or undertaking small construction projects. He plays competitive tennis at the North Shore Winter Club, where he’s been a member since childhood, and enjoys other sports like hockey and golf whenever time allows. Matthew is ready to use his broad set of skills to guide you through the details of buying or selling a property in Lynn Valley or anywhere on the North Shore.
