I was blessed to have been able to start my real estate career under the thorough tutelage of my father, Bob Terepocki, who has recently retired after 40+ successful years in our local real estate industry. Joining my father in real estate, I recognize how fortunate I was to have his mentorship readily available. I was able to add my energy, creativity, and knowledge of technology to his years of experience and service and it was an amazing combination. I am now well over a decade into my real estate journey and have experienced a wide range of real estate opportunities and transactions; from residential pre-sale and resale, working with first time and seasoned buyers, major development deals, land assemblies, and project management. I thorougly enjoy being able to be the expert and helping my clients manage their real estate transactions with ease. Above all, I love the relationships that I build with all of you, getting to know you and your families, and being able to make your dreams come true!
