Shawn was brought up in Kelowna and has had 27 award winning years in Real Estate, and his family over 50 years! Currently the top 2% in Canada, his performance has put him in the Top 3 of Royal LePage Kelowna’s 200+ realtors for the last 17 years. Shawn has also been the #1 Residential Sales producer at Royal LePage Kelowna in 2009, 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2021, and TOP TEN in BC in 2009, 2013 and 2014. Brought up in Kelowna and in a Real Estate family with his mom, Olivia Worsfold, who was awarded the top producer in listings and sales by the Okanagan Real estate board for 22 out of 24 years. Shawn teams with his wife Reece (as client concierge). Their work together as a couple provides a unique combination of perspectives and talents and they share a passion for people and helping them succeed. Shawn has been married for 35 years to Reece. They are incredibly proud of their 4 married kids & spouses, and proudest of their title of Papa & Grami to their 9 grand kids! Interests: sports enthusiast including water and snow skiing, sailing (3rd in Canadian Nationals Hobie racing), squash, biking, drummer & guitar. He was an ordained pastor with 10 years in full time ministry 1995-2005. Loves and experienced in all types Real Estate. Their love of people combined with their desire to provide 5 Star excellence and service has built a loyal growing group of clients who are confident that their needs, and the needs of their families, friends and those they refer, will be met!
