My family originally moved to Kelowna in 1965. Since that time, we’ve watched the Central Okanagan area grow from a sleepy tourist town to the vibrant metropolis it is today. It is an amazing area to live and play. I moved to Vancouver in 1986 to follow my career, returning to the Kelowna area to be closer to family in 2007. My career interests upon returning to the Okanagan Valley have included spending time in construction, working on reno’s, and working with clients as a residential Mortgage specialist in the local area. My expanding residential market skill set drew me to real estate as a career and this experience allows me to talk knowledgeably about the various facets of real estate that may impact you on one of your largest purchases. We are currently heading into a balanced/softening market in the Central Okanagan. This presents new challenges for sellers and new opportunities for buyers.
