Born and raised in Kelowna, Morgan has long-standing ties to the community and a strong network of connections through family and friends involved in real estate, construction, and development. She began her career in the industry as an executive assistant, gaining hands-on experience in transaction management, marketing, and deal execution before transitioning into brokerage. Morgan holds an Honours Specialization in Urban Development from the University of Western Ontario, where she earned a scholarship and competed as a varsity athlete on the women’s soccer team.
