Tina has been part of Gabriola’s heartbeat since 1979. Growing up on the island shaped her love of the outdoors, the arts, and the close-knit community that makes Gabriola such a special place to call home. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours from the University of Victoria and professional training as an art therapist, Tina brings a unique blend of creativity, intuition, and communication skills to her work as a REALTOR®. Her move into real estate was a natural extension of her desire to share the island’s beauty and lifestyle with others. More than 20 years later, she is known for her warm approach, deep market knowledge, and thoughtful guidance — supporting clients through each step of buying or selling with clarity, care, and confidence. Tina has a long history of contributing to Gabriola and Vancouver Island through volunteer work, creative initiatives, and leadership roles. She has been an active supporter of education, recreation, and youth programs, and is a proud participant in the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, supporting women and children through the Haven Society in Nanaimo. She previously contributed to the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board’s Technology Committee, bringing her experience, insight, and forward-thinking approach to industry discussions.Tina believes deeply in the power of community — and in giving back to the place that shaped her.
