My personal journey as a real estate investor began during the highest interest rate decade of the 1980's. Since then, in Vancouver and the lower mainland, I have bought and sold over a dozen properties as residences and as rental properties. I have served as a Council member on several Strata Corporations boards. Starting in 2016 I spent 3 years as a Real Estate Developer - acquiring serviced lots, working in conjunction with Project Managers and giving on site direction to Trades people in building single family homes in Victoria and Sooke, BC. I became licensed in 2020 and worked throughout the Covid pandemic in the frantic market! I have broad experience in all types of housing such as manufactured homes, brand new homes (some on First Nations Lease Land), older single family homes, Pre-sale townhouses and condos, age restricted condos and townhomes, duplexes and rowhouses. My clients have ranged from seniors who needed to downsize, upsizing sellers, first time home buyers, real estate developers and real estate investors.
