Erin was born in Stony Plain, Alberta, and grew up just west of Stony Plain on acreage. After high school, Erin obtained a Legal Assistant Diploma and worked as a paralegal for 20+ years in Stony Plain before moving to downtown Edmonton to work in residential real estate, specializing in condominiums (new builds, conversions, resales, and financing). There is no part of a residential real estate transaction that Erin has not seen and worked through. Erin has lived in Edmonton for most of her adult life. The best part of being a Realtor for Erin Neil is that she gets to share her 20+ years of knowledge and experience and walk her clients through the biggest and most impactful purchases and sales of their lives. Erin is all about educating buyers and sellers about residential real estate. If Erin does not know the answer, she is going to find it for her clients. Some will call Erin a "condo geek," as she loves to talk condos—the good, the bad, and the ugly. As a condo owner for the past 15 years, serving as a board member for the past 14 years, and holding the positions of board secretary (12 years) and board president for the past 4 terms, Erin enjoys sharing her condo knowledge with her clients, friends, and family. Giving back to the community in which Erin lives is a huge part of her life, and she has spent many years with the Edmonton Police Service Victim Services Unit. When Erin is not working, you will find her volunteering for organizations within her community. She has spent the last 10+ years with 630 CHED Santas Anonymous.
