When working with you through the process of buying or selling a property I wear several different heats: As your Consultant I will take the time upfront in our relationship to understand your priorities and what your desired outcome is. What's important to you is very important to me. After the sale I stay in contact with you as a resource for any real estate related questions you might have. As your Strategic Planner I follow closely the complex set of dynamics our Calgary and area real estate market has. This gives me the insights to counsel you appropriately on how to maximize your sales price, or when you are a buyer on your most important purchase decision. As your Negotiator I view every purchase or sale as if I was the principal. I am relentless on negotiating on your behalf in order to achieve your objectives - whether negotiating the best terms for you, saving you money on your purchase or maximizing your returns when selling. As your Project Manager my exceptional organizational and communications skills will save you time and money. You will be surprised to learn that every real estate transaction has hundreds of communications with various people that are involved in the many aspects of a purchase/sale.
