RENTAL PRICES AND CONDITIONS 2023/2024.
Monthly rental price as follows.
The ski season - from November 15 to April 15: $4,800/month.
Summer season - from June 1 to September 15: $4,500/month.
Low season - from September 15 to November 15: $4250/month.
Sales tax GST and QST are applicable on all rental prices above.

Payments for rentals of less than 5 months will be payable as follows; a non-refundable deposit of $ 5,000 at the signing of the rental agreement, a post-dated check on the date of possession for the balance of the rental amount.

Payments for rentals of 5 months or more will be payable as follows; A non-refundable deposit of $ 10,000 at the signing of the rental agreement, a post-dated check on the date of possession representing 50% of the balance of the rental amount and another post-dated check two months after the date of taking possession for the total balance of payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - With the lease, the TENANT will remit to LES IMMEUBLES MONT-TREMBLANT in trust a refundable deposit of two thousand five hundred dollars ($ 2,500) postdated on the date of taking possession in order to compensate for any damage that may occur in the leased premises during the term of the lease. The deposit will be returned to the TENANT (maximum of 10 days after the end of the lease) after inspection of the premises by the LESSOR or his / her representative and after payment of all invoices for which the tenant is responsible.
The deposit does not constitute a settlement of damages for the LESSOR, in the event that the amount of damage is greater than the said deposit of $ 2,500 to which, if applicable, the RENTER undertakes by this rental contract to pay all repair costs.

- No pets allowed.

- The smoking ban applies to the use of tobacco products (including electronic cigarettes), cannabis, marijuana, grass and any similar substance. It is strictly forbidden to smoke any substance whatsoever and, in particular, and without this enumeration being exhaustive, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, cannabis, marijuana and grass in all common areas and common areas for restricted area of Verbier, including, without limitation, balconies, terraces, patios, stairs, steps and landings, aquatic facilities, lockers and common terraces. Exclusions : Hydro, natural gas, cable and Internet. The tenant will have to pay in addition to the rent an amount of $ 500 per month for these services. The departure cleaning fee will be extra, the amount will be determined only during cleaning depending on the inventory and must not exceed $ 250.00.
