Royal LePage® broadens British Columbia network with conversion of largest Keller Williams brokerage in Western Canada

Royal LePage® ELITE West will service the Greater Vancouver district and Fraser Valley

VANCOUVER, April 2, 2024  – Royal LePage announced today that it is welcoming agents and staff of its newest British Columbia-based brokerage, Royal LePage ELITE West, formerly Keller Williams ELITE Realty, to its growing network. The brokerage will operate under the continued leadership of Terri Spilsbury and Josh Bath, servicing Metro Vancouver with offices in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge and Abbotsford.

The addition of Royal LePage ELITE West to the Royal LePage network is the largest Keller Williams conversion in Royal LePage’s history. With over 180 top-performing sales professionals, the brokerage will service a variety of client portfolios, including residential, commercial, recreational, luxury, farmland and investment properties. This transition follows Royal LePage’s largest Re/Max conversion, which took place last spring also in B.C., when Royal LePage® Little Oak Realty joined the Company.

Terri Spilsbury and Josh Bath are both accomplished and award-winning real estate professionals. Bath has worked in the industry for over 30 years, and has been heavily involved in organized real estate, serving on numerous boards and committees throughout his career. With a background in real estate and conveyancing law, Spilsbury began her two-decade-long career in real estate after partnering with Bath. Throughout their partnership, the duo has successfully built a highly productive team that reached top five status for GCI in North America within the first two years.

Spilsbury and Bath’s decision to convert their business to Royal LePage stemmed from their desire to partner with a reputable Canadian company that has extensive technology tools and robust training and coaching programs.
