- Small animals permited at the lessor's discretion.

- A security deposit of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500) will be remitted at the signing of the lease, made to the order of Les Immeubles Mont-Tremblant in trust.

- The lessor will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned prior to possession by the lessee.

- The lessee will ensure the property has been professionally cleaned at the end of the lease.

- Summer seasonal lease will be proritised from July 5th 2024 to October 20th 2024. Any modification of
these dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.

Winter 2024-2025 seasonal lease:

- The asking rent is $3000/month.

- Inclusions: Telephone (except long distance), basic cable, unlimited internet, snow removal (driveway).

- Exclusions: Hydro (electricity and heat), hot tub.

- Winter seasonal lease will be prioritised from December 1st 2024 to April 30th 2025. Any modification of these dates would be subject to discussion with the lessor.
