Fully furnished and equipped including a BBQ.

Winter Season 2024-2025 (Available from November 2024 to April 2025) in the amount of $4,000 per month, plus electricity and departure cleaning.

** Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.
** Pets are not permitted.
** The LESSEE must transfer the Hydro account to his/her name by the date of possession. If the LESSEE is not a resident of Quebec, the LESSEE shall reimburse the LESSOR directly for the amount of Hydro's charges. Hydro each month for the duration of the lease.
** LESSEE shall provide a minimum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) tenant's liability insurance policy prior to the date of possession.
** Payment terms as follows; A non-refundable deposit of $3,500 upon signing the lease agreement, a post-dated cheque 5 business days prior to the possession date representing 50% of the balance of the lease amount and another post-dated cheque one month after the possession date for the total balance of payments. Payments by post-dated cheques may be made directly by Interac transfer to the Lessor.
** GUARANTEE DEPOSIT - Along with the lease, the LESSEE shall deliver to LES IMMEUBLES MONT-TREMBLANT in trust a refundable deposit of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) postdated to the date of possession to compensate for any damage that may occur to the leased premises during the term of the lease. The security deposit will be returned to the LESSEE (maximum 10 days after the end of the lease) upon inspection of the premises by the LESSOR or his representative and after payment of all invoices bills for which the TENANT is responsible. The deposit does not constitute settlement of damages for the LESSOR, in the event that the amount of damage exceeds the said $2,500 deposit
in which case the LESSEE hereby agrees to pay all repair costs.
