Professional Experience

Colby is a real estate broker who was born in Toronto, lives in Toronto, and works in Toronto. He has specialized in the purchase and sale of Toronto homes, condominiums and lofts for over 20 years. Starting his career in new construction, Colby has been awarded the Royal LePage Award of Excellence since 2009 for consistent sales performance.

Colby is deeply committed to service in support of the real estate profession. He is a 13 year member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s Professional Standards Roster and the Chair since 2019. He takes great pride in this work that offers fellow members a deeper understanding of MLS rules and policies. In recognition of volunteerism that goes above and beyond, Colby is honoured to have received the TRREB David Rossi Committee Service Award in 2011 and again in 2021.

A long standing supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, Colby makes a donation to his local women’s shelter each time he helps a client buy or sell. He has also participated in four Royal LePage Shelter Foundation challenge treks, hiking hundreds of kilometers and raising thousands of dollars in support of women and children seeking safety and domestic violence prevention in Canada. Colby is passionate about Toronto history, and is an active member with Heritage Toronto, the Friends of Fort York & Garrison Common, the Town of York Historical Society, and the York Pioneer & Historical Society. Colby also loves historical photography and photojournalism, and has a keen eye behind his own camera when both travelling and documenting his beloved city. Always on the hunt for the best of what Toronto has to offer, Colby knows where you can get the best greasy spoon breakfast, classic cocktail, or fine dining experience..
