Having worked a combined 11 years in Retail and Hospitality Management, these traits come naturally to me, along with the ability to be patient, compassionate and empathetic. With 5 years of Jewellery sales, I have a knack for hearing what people say they want, reading between the lines, and then pairing them with their ideal end goal. It's true that most people don't know what they want, even if they think they do! (my husband and I are a testament to this, from when we were house shopping the first time!) I believe that open communication throughout the entire transactional process and beyond is extremely important to ensure everyone is feeling heard and confident with the decisions being made. I have what what some people call an "old spirit" which feeds my ability to build lasting relationships with people in all walks of life. In addition to this, I bring a youthful and bubbly energy to the table that pairs well with my desire to go to great lengths to help people and stay motivated for my clients.
