Ken has an edge over most when it comes to real estate advisory, entrepreneurship & finance. Ken’s ability to structure a deal comes from his analytics knowledge obtained from Ryerson University in Mechanical Engineering. Ken began his real estate career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a regional real estate firm in 2005. During the time spent structuring real estate deals, Ken was frequently asked by his clients to help them retain financing on their transactions. Ken saw an opportunity and decided to act. In 2008 Ken with his partner established a boutique finance advisory firm to structure financing deals for their clients. Ken's initiative has had huge success in helping his clients obtain a variety of debt solutions. Ken continues to thrive in his business through associations and education. Currently holds a CCIM designation and is one step closer to obtaining his CIM designation. As a Chartered Investment Manager, Ken can bring a wealth of knowledge and solutions that will allow his Clients to mitigate risk and investment strategies. Ken lives in Mississauga with his wife and 2 children. Ken is a huge fan of football, basketball and loves the water!
