Kim Telford, a native of Toronto, is a proud graduate of the University of Toronto, holding a BA in Sociology. Her professional journey began in the corporate world and service industry, providing a solid foundation for her eventual transition into real estate. Mentored by her mother, a seasoned REALTOR® with three decades of experience, Kim honed her skills and expertise in the field. After two successful years in real estate, Kim put her career on hold to focus on raising her growing family. In 2021, seizing an opportunity for a lifestyle change, Kim, her husband, and their family relocated from the GTA to their cherished cottage on Bob’s Lake, a property they've owned for twenty-three years. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, this transition felt natural for Kim, allowing her to seamlessly resume her real estate career in a place she holds dear. Known for her dedication and diligence, Kim is deeply passionate about real estate and is committed to helping her clients achieve their objectives. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of South and Central Frontenac Townships and Rideau Lakes, she offers invaluable insights to both buyers and sellers. Kim prioritizes long-term relationships with her clients, driven by a steadfast commitment to their satisfaction. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kim actively engages in charitable initiatives and community involvement, with a special focus on supporting Sick Kids Hospital and Almost Home in Kingston. Married for thirty-one years to her husband, Jeff, Kim is a devoted mother to their two children, Holly and Ryan, and proud owner of two beloved dogs, Penny and Mia.
