By sharing my knowledge of both my successes and failures, I can help steer my clients to have a positive real estate experience. My goal is to maximize the profits and returns for my clients or find them that one of a kind home where they can raise a family, wake up to an amazing view, or achieve their dreams. I am also licensed as both a Mortgage broker and Realtor. By having both designations, I am able to keep on top of changing market information as well as give advice to my clients in both Financing options as well as Real Estate Purchases and Sales. In addition to my professional designations, I am also a member of the Real Estate Investment Network and the Calgary Apartment Association. In the past 10 years I have had experience with building new inner city infill homes, purchase to renovate and sell, buying and holding rental properties and I have been certified as a condo specialist by the Calgary Real Estate board.
