I am a loving husband and a dedicated father. That same love fuels my passion for real estate. I’m all about helping people and doing the right thing. What truly excites me? Helping my clients achieve success. Writing out a game plan, following it and having a positive outcome. That could mean selling a property for top dollar, creating value by decluttering a house for a downsizer, working with lawyers or executors to sell an estate property. I thrive on organizing projects, creating strategic plans, adding value where I can and making properties look better and seeing them through to a successful outcome. This business isn’t easy and it takes focus, planning, and a lot of heart. Over half of my clients are seniors, empty nesters, or families dealing with estates. These situations often require extra care, preparation, and compassion, which is why I created my Seamless Transition Services. To make life easier for those who need it most. I feel incredibly lucky to have a solid group of clients who continue to trust me, and I’m always looking to help more people through life’s big changes.
