I am an investment-focused Real Estate Sales Representative with a multidisciplinary background in engineering, business, finance, construction, and digital marketing. Before entering real estate, I spent more than 20 years managing planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and project delivery for large construction, power generation, and infrastructure projects. This experience enables me to evaluate properties from both an investment and operational perspective. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA, and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Services. I have also completed studies in Digital Media Marketing Management to strengthen my expertise in modern marketing strategies and online client engagement. My practice focuses on commercial real estate, investment properties, office, industrial, and mixed-use opportunities throughout the Greater Toronto Area. I enjoy helping investors, business owners, and newcomers make informed real estate decisions using analytical, financial, and market-based insights.
