Jason’s love of residential real estate is nothing new. As a child, and still today, Jason continues to be enthralled by the construction, architecture and design that bring a home to life. At age 11, wanting to learn more and see more, he discovered the MLS. He has been on it every day since, always focusing on the high-end markets on the Island of Montreal. His keen eye for detail is nothing short of impressive. He has an excellent understanding of all the elements that go into the creation of a home and the most important details that should be conveyed to potential clients. His Bachelors of Commerce in Accountancy helped him develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills, giving him the ability to strategize and adapt swiftly to emergent business environments. In addition, his work as a home supervisor has led to the cultivation of lasting relationships built on trust, respect, and the high standards he imposes on the quality of his work. Even before obtaining his license, people were consulting him on the purchase of their homes. It is evident to everyone who meets Jason that real estate is more than a passion, and not just an obsession, it is his life.
