With almost three decades of experience in the real estate industry, I have established myself as a leader, specializing in the Tri-Cities areas of Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, and Coquitlam proper. I am driven by a desire to ensure the best possible outcomes for my clients in every transaction. This has only been possible through my attention to detail, diligence in process, and exceptional customer relationships. Over the years, I have serviced thousands of transactions and consistently ranked in the top 10% of regional realty professionals since 2009. I am a native of the Tri-Cities region, so I have a deep connection and devotion to the community. My real estate roots go back to my earliest career when I worked in the sales office for a real estate developer. I am driven by the opportunity to confidently walk clients through a transaction that positively impacts their lives. My specialty is residential real estate, with over 70% of my business coming from repeat business and the referral of happy clients. I work with all types of clients, from first-time home buyers to those in later years downsizing their lifestyles. I have built this business through long-lasting relationships, unquestionable character, and the deepest levels of trust. In my free time, I enjoy running, gardening, and playing the guitar. I also love giving back to my community through works of good for the underserved and for social change. I can rally friends and neighbours to the cause and make a difference in the lives of those in the community. My latest volunteer work with the Government Relations Committee at GVR has been very rewarding. Advocating for our clients and community members for better housing policy with our government has taken me to Parliament in Victoria and Ottawa. Meeting with government officials and urging positive change is a passion.
