If, upon talking with Chris Fenton for the first time, you are left with a feeling of trustworthiness, there is a good reason. These ingredients have led to a long list of accolades. In 2018 Chris was inducted into the Royal LePage National Chairman's Club as the #44 ranked agent in Canada out of nearly 18,500. The same year, The Fenton Team was awarded the Royal LePage Top Team Award for British Columbia. In 2016 Chris was awarded the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's Realtor's Care Award which recognizes a handful of Realtor's who give back and improve the quality of life in their local communities. This was the same year he was awarded the Top New Corporate Partner for Action Against Hunger Canada. To remain innovative and focused, Chris participates in a number of Canadian and International Mastermind Groups that focus heavily on client needs. He has also been a guest speaker at a number of real estate conferences. While Chris is proud of his team's accomplishment, it's most important to him to stay grounded.
