Wylene is the Broker and owner of Royal LePage Country Realty. She joined the Royal LePage family in 2015 and immediately knew she had found her passion. Wanting to have a part-time career as her children grew into their independence turned into becoming licensed in all sectors of real estate, absorbing all aspects of the business and loving her natural and honed negotiating skills. Raised in Kneehill County since the age of 5, Wylene attended Three Hills School and after living in bigger centres for post-secondary education, found her way back to her small town roots. She married her husband Brad, who was raised in Trochu, started their family on a little acreage near Trochu and eventually moved to Three Hills. In 2021, Wylene, Brad and their kids bought the Brokerage with the idea of continuing the family atmosphere while meeting the evolving needs of the real estate industry and consumers. Wylene prides herself on keeping the complicated and often stressful process of buying and selling real estate simple and clear for her clients. With an extensive portfolio of repeat clients, and sales achievement recognition from Royal LePage Canada, Wylene is grateful for a career that doesn’t feel like “work”. “There’s no better feeling than handing the keys to clients who are now friends”. – Wylene
