It is easy for pedestrians to navigate Norgate; carrying out day-to-day needs is convenient by walking, and plenty of businesses are reasonably nearby. However, commuting by bicycle is occasionally challenging in Norgate as the cycling network is sometimes poor, and the area is not particularly flat. The public transit system in this part of the municipality is somewhat poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. On the other hand, driving is a very good transportation option in Norgate. Finding a parking spot is easy, and many properties for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway.

This area is fairly good for those who like quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case near the railway line. Lastly, getting to green spaces is very easy in the neighbourhood since there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to unwind in.
