The majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is straightforward to come across a parking spot. In contrast, travelling by transit can be challenging in this neighbourhood as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, property owners are served by around 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically very close.

Services

The nearest grocery store in Central Chilliwack is usually only a reasonably short walk away. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well. With regards to education, families will find that no matter where their property is situated in this area, daycares and schools are close by.

Character

Most areas in Central Chilliwack are quiet, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - although there are still several noisier sections, especially around the airport (YCW), one of the railway lines or Trans-Canada Highway. Public green spaces aren't well-spread out, which results in them being very difficult to access from most locations in this neighbourhood.
