Julia Lorenzetti has over 20 years of commercial real estate project management, development and construction experience while managing complex projects through all stages of planning, design and development. She has managed teams of architectural, engineering, design and marketing consultants in construction management and general contracting environments from initial project concept to construction completion. Julia has assembled and effectively led a strong development team and worked with the City of Toronto toward the successful re-zoning and official plan amendment of a 14 acre site in downtown Toronto. She has a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Julia joined Royal LePage as a Sales Representative in 2011. Working closely with the Land Development community, she specializes in property assemblies for redevelopment in the Greater Toronto and Golden Horseshoe Areas. Julia is also experienced in resale homes, new condominiums and commercial/retail sales.
