Leanne is a Sales Representative with Royal LePage North Heritage Realty, Brokerage. In 2022 she took on the challenge of becoming a Team Leader, starting her own team that quickly grew from three members to seven! She is a strong leader and passionate mentor, looking to help others achieve success and fulfillment. As a Haweater (born and raised on Manitoulin Island), Leanne moved to Sudbury to pursue a career in Social Work, and she couldn’t be more delighted that Royal LePage is committed to donating a percentage of commissions to both Sudbury and Manitoulin shelters, those of which she herself once worked in. Last year she answered the call to move home to the Island, where she continues to be involved and is nurturing her strong roots in the community. Leanne has a wonderful reputation for being reliable, efficient and for doing her absolute best for the clients she works with. To say Leanne’s approach to realty is client-centered is an understatement. Leanne puts her heart and soul into everything she does, whether it be working in the realty industry, raising her two sons or her latest adventure joining The Royal LePage Ecuador Challenge for Shelter. Leanne will be trekked for 5 days towards one of the highest active volcanoes in the world! She successfully raised over $15,000 for this charity that is near and dear to her heart. Leanne loves to work with clients from all over the North but seems to have found her niche in working in the Manitoulin market. Having grown up on this beautiful freshwater Island, Leanne has the inside track when it comes to assisting clients whether they are looking to purchase their first home or selling their beloved family farm. She also maintains her Sudbury connections, with several team members specializing in this area. She relies on all members of her Manitoulin and Sudbury team to assist her in providing the best service possible. Leanne is motivated, creative and committed. She feels it is an honour to work with people who are in the process of making important life decisions such as selling or buying a home. Leanne specializes in listings and enjoys working with new home buyers, immigrants, retirees and people looking to Manitoulin for their forever homes. Leanne brings not only a fresh perspective to the realty industry but a passion that serves her clients well.
