For sellers: I cover the cost of a consultation with a professional stager and photographer. I want your home to look its absolute best for showings and help you receive top dollar. For investors: I’m a real estate investor myself and co-author a book on investing. I will help you make an informed decision and fully support your short or long-term financial goals. I will also introduce you to an online concierge, MoveSnap, that helps you update your address, connect utilities and much more. With every purchase, I donate $400 to charity with $100 each going to Children’s Hospital of Easter Ontario, United Way Ottawa, Solider On and WaterAid Canada.
