Mike began his Real Estate Career in 1994 with a small independently owned and operated Brokerage. In 1998 he joined the Royal LePage Corporate Office in Brampton because it best exemplified the values and culture of his previous company. Mike built his Real Estate sales business on the foundation of Volunteerism in the Minor Sport Community in Brampton. In fact Mike's most famous client (former N.H.L. Superstar Rick Nash) came from the relationships he developed in Brampton's Hockey system. For his efforts as a Volunteer, Mike was awarded in 2005 the City of Brampton's Long Term Service Award and in 2006 the Toronto Real Estate Board gave him the Community Service Recognition Award. In 2006, Mike Graduated from the University of Guelph's inaugural Master of Arts (M.A.) in Leadership program. Mike leaned heavily upon his earlier studies in Psychology and his Certification in assessing Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) to research and write his Thesis titled 'Performance Predictors for Real Estate Agents.' Mike changed direction from Real Estate Sales and began his Management career in January 2007 as the Manager of the Corporate Royal LePage Office at Square One in Mississauga. Mike was able to grow both the Realtor and Profit of the Branch by implementing his own "Real Estate Development Model." As a result of these successes Mike was chosen to be a member in 2010 and 2011 of the Royal LePage Canada Services Advisory Committee. In 2012 Mike was instrumental in relocating the Branch to a new location and in the process was able to retain all his Realtors. In 2015 it was decided that his Corporate Office was to be sold to Royal LePage Signature Realty. Mike was pleased to join with Signature and was instrumental in helping to facilitate the transfer of the Realtors. Mike has held positions of Broker Manager, General Manager and currently Vice President with Royal LePage Signature. Mike has enjoyed many successes in his Career and would like to continue these by providing great Leadership services to all his stakeholders.
