The neighbourhood of Caswell Hill is situated within the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

It is a very short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in Caswell Hill, and it is convenient to come across a parking spot.

Moreover, those who are fond of dining in restaurants or cafes will have a good number of choices in this neighbourhood. It is also convenient to get to a variety of clothing stores on foot. With regards to education, both primary and secondary schools are very easy to walk to from any location in Caswell Hill. In contrast, there are only a limited number of daycares and consequently they can be a long walk away.


The character of Caswell Hill is exemplified by its calm ambience. It is easy to access public green spaces since there are a few of them close by for residents to discover. This area is also reasonably quiet, as the streets tend to be peaceful - however some parts can be quite noisy, especially near the railway line.
