The LESSEE must conduct a move-out inspection with the LESSOR or the LESSOR's representative, and the LESSEE is responsible for any damage to the property (normal wear and tear is accepted).
- The LESSEE will provide a proof of tenant and liability insurance for an amount of Two Million dollars (CAD 2.000.000) prior to occupancy.
- The LESSOR undertakes to hand over the property in a clean condition at the beginning of the lease.
- The LESSEE shall pay the moving (in/out) fees to the building management.
- The LESSEE must abide by building rules and if any fines are incurred by the LESSEE, the LESSEES is responsible for paying the fines.
