Transportation
Cars are a great transportation option in Richmond. It is very easy to park. In contrast, the public transit service in Richmond is not very frequent. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines. Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very suitable for walking as many daily needs are inconvenient to carry out on foot. It is also difficult to get around by bicycle in Richmond as the terrain is not particularly flat, and this area has a quite bad cycling infrastructure.
Services
It is very rarely practical for property owners in this area to access the closest grocery store on foot. When it comes to education, families may find it very difficult for their schoolchildren to reach high schools and primary schools on foot. Additionally, it can be very hard to walk to daycares from homes for sale in this neighbourhood.
Character
The noise levels in Richmond are low, as the streets are usually tranquil - although that is not the case close to Highway 416, Highway 7 or the railway line. It is occasionally challenging to reach parks within the neighbourhood since they are spread out sporadically. Despite that, there are around 20 public green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy.
