Thankfully, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties. This area is not very conducive to those who travel by foot as very few common errands can be run without needing to use a car. A limited variety of restaurants and coffee shops is available as well.
Eastview is quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case around the railway line. Parks aren't well-distributed, which results in them being sometimes hard to get to from most locations in this part of the city. Despite that, residents will be able to access public green spaces in nearby neighbourhoods.
