The neighbourhood of Clearbrook is part of the city of Abbotsford, British Columbia.


Around 40% of properties in Clearbrook were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were built in the 1980s and the 1990s. In this part of the city, roughly 55% of dwellings are small apartment buildings, while duplexes and single detached homes are also present in the housing stock. It is very easy to reach the closest supermarket on foot in Clearbrook. In addition, Clearbrook is a good place in which to go out to eat, and residents can enjoy a few cafes as well. A good selection of clothing stores is also situated within a rather short walking distance. With respect to education, daycares and schools are easy to reach on foot from anywhere in Clearbrook.


Clearbrook is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. Parks are easy to access since there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in. This neighbourhood is quiet overall, as the streets tend to be tranquil.
