Professional Experience

Becoming a real estate agent was an easy career choice for me, as it presented the opportunity to combine my love for the industry with the passion I have for analysis. Before getting into real estate I spent my prior years in business development for a boutique forensic accounting firm as well as analyzing the real estate industry for a major Canadian Bank. The skill set and experiences from these two past careers, in conjunction with the sales leadership training from the Schulich School of Business, presented me with an opportunity to deliver a unique value proposition for my private clients. As a part of my practice I follow a time-tested consulting approach to real estate. This starts by focusing and listening to my client’s needs, which allows me to not only find them the perfect home for them but to ensure they are making a prudent investment decision for their future. I operate much different than most realtors in the industry and believe there has to be a good fit between agents and their clients. I employ an active agent approach, opposed to a passive one when helping private clients buy or sell real estate, this translates into delivering the best possible customer experience and results. It’s also this approach that gives me and the Regan Team the opportunity to give our clients the competitive advantage in a fast paced real estate market.
