Professional Experience
Transacting in real estate can be a very exciting, yet sometimes stressful experience. Whether for first-time buyers, re-locators, investors, downsizers, farmers or any other parties, the decision and factors to impact that decision are often monumental, so experience and guidance are fundamental. I have been fortunate to have helped and serviced many facets of real estate, helping first time home buyers, contractors, young families, retirees and downsizers, as well as farmers of various fields. No two transactions are the same - it is what makes my job so interesting. Personally, I have experience in home and investment property ownership, and come from an agricultural background. Having graduated with Honours from the Bachelor of Commerce program at the University of Guelph, my background from the Real Estate and Housing Major also exposed me to a significant amount of knowledge in the industry. As well, I recently completed a Masters in Planning. This broad understanding of rural planning and development concepts is something I believe not only enhances my knowledge base, but gives me some level of proficiency about the subject matter - what I believe to be an asset for clients. I am a proponent of the slogan “the more you know”. Combined with work experience from a "previous life", I have a firm grasp on how the industry works, and have accumulated many trusted industry resources to consult, and to work with, to have all parts covered for clients. Being part of a real estate sales team also enables me to provide a high standard of service; service is what allows individuals to stand out in my industry. Let me show you what I mean.
