Professional Experience

As an experienced marketing & sales professional I have been privileged to work with buyers & sellers on a local, national & international basis. My professional career actually began some thirty years ago in management with MT&T / Bell Aliant. Throughout the years I worked in product development/marketing/sales with MT&T/Bell Aliant,TelCom Canada & the various configurations of the Yellow Pages group of companies. During that time & throughout my career I was fortunate to garner skills that were broad & deep in the areas of business, contract negotiations, advertising, marketing & sales. I have worked throughout the province & feel comfortable with my knowledge of most communities. As my career progressed & experience developed, the services & products that I was representing changed.Several aspects however remained firmly anchored & constant. One of those areas was my continual interest & desire to work with & on behalf of other people. People are the focus of almost everything I do. A significant interest of mine is the process of sales negotiation . This core skill plus a desire to work with people serves as the underpinning of my real estate career. It allows me to work on behalf of my clients, to negotiate, sell & market their property for their best interest and satisfaction. Initially with RE/MAX I moved to and became a founding member of the Royal LePage Anchor Commercial Division with representation in NS & NB as well as being part of Royal LePage Commercial on a national basis. I enjoy working with the local business community & with assisting new "Nova Scotians" from various parts of the world in establishing themselves in business as well as a place to live with fully integrated commercial/residential representation through Royal LePage Anchor Realty.
