After many years in healthcare leadership and nursing, Crystal is excited to begin a new chapter in real estate alongside her husband, Ron Helpard. Throughout her career, Crystal has built a reputation for compassion, professionalism, and advocacy. She has spent years helping people navigate important life moments, developing the communication, trust, and problem-solving skills that now serve her clients in real estate. Crystal and Ron are committed to providing a personalized, supportive, and down-to-earth experience for buyers and sellers across Nova Scotia. They understand that every move represents a significant life transition, and they are passionate about helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. When she is not working with clients, Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her five daughters, and attending sporting and entertainment events throughout the province. As Crystal begins this exciting new venture, we are thrilled to have her as part of the Royal LePage Anchor family.
