Alex Tung has 6 years experience working with home builders and homeowners in the finishing stages of renovations and new builds. This has led to a pronounced eye for detail when showing her clients homes or preparing a listing to hit the market. With a degree in International Development and a Minor in Business from SMU, Alex chose real estate because of her own negative experience buying a home. This motivated her to make every transaction a positive one for her clients. Over the years, home to Alex has been in the South Shore, Colchester county and the Annapolis Valley, all giving her a true love for the vast beauty our province offers! For the past eight years, Alex and her husband have settled in Nova Scotia’s capital city of Halifax, where they reside with their three dogs and countless fosters. Alex’s philosophy is to make all information available to her clients throughout the buying or selling experience to ensure that everyone is capable of making educated and informed decisions during the process. As part of her buying and selling process and services to her clients, Alex leverages her renovation knowledge to help cut costs and lend a hand in updating the interior of a home before it hits the market. Even though she is always ‘on’ in real estate, when not answering real estate inquiries, you can find Alex taking on the next renovation project or opening their home to more dogs. The greatest experience of their lives so far has been the joy of being a foster home for dogs. They look forward to the next chapter which will hopefully include more dogs, kids and more renovations!
