Having spent 35 years in banking at CIBC working to help people finance their dreams, I have changed occupations to help people find the house of their dreams. I work very hard to find the property that fits my Buyer's wants and needs whether it is a condo, rancher, split level home or a vacation cottage. I use knowledge and connections from both my current and former career to find you what you want. The list of tools at my disposal is very long but some examples are that my listings appear on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), various kinds of print advertising, social media, and websites. Some of the other ways to get your property noticed is via networking with other realtors and my large local network that I have built over the years of growing up in, working in and living life in Port Alberni. Although I've spent the vast majority of my life in Port Alberni and have extensive knowledge of the area there were a number of years that I spent living elsewhere including Vancouver, the US and England.
