Geoff Cowling has been helping clients make good real estate decisions since 1986, selling hundreds of properties in all kinds of market conditions. Geoff has been a landlord, tenant, house and condo owner, vacation homeowner, strata corporation chairman, investor, renovator, general contractor on his own house, and a relocation buyer and seller. Geoff has just finished a five year term in 2011 at the South Okanagan Real Estate Board, serving on the Professional Standards and Finance Committees, Vice-President, and then as President of the 300+ member Board. Geoff is a long time supporter of the Children's Miracle Network, and volunteered his time for years in the soup kitchen. Geoff is an avid life long skier, and also enjoys golf, hiking, and keeping fit. He likes to spend time with his wife Lisa, daughters Melissa and Emily, and his collie Rizzy. Much of Geoff's business involves repeat clients, and people he has met through a word-of-mouth recommendation.
