Lived and grew up in Ottawa since 1993, Graduated from Carleton and Ottawa University with double major in Computer Mathematics and Software Engineering. After many years in IT industry did major career changes to Real Estate in 2004 as I enjoy the out doors and social life. Real wide life experience in commercial and investment properties being an investor and a commercial landlord myself. Coming from a family that owns a number of residential and commercial properties, gives me the expertise in handling tenants and other investments issues during the transactions. Direct and personal contacts in the Real Estate business with embassies, developers, builders, renovators, inspectors, lawyers, city development planners, financial advisors, lawyers, and investors. This wide selection of network allows me to establish numerous deals with some times just a phone call.
