I started my career in Real Estate in 1998 with a smaller independent firm by the name of Susan A. Ryan Real Estate. Susan taught me many many things about real estate, but most importantly ensured that my initial training within this industry would embrace my commitment to honesty & ethics of which I will always be grateful, god rest her soul! In 2003, I joined Royal LePage and, since then, I have never looked back! During my time here, a few of my accomplishments include: A Consistent Award Winner each year. Personally achieved the Director Platinum Award Level for 2021 – representing Royal LePage’s top 10% sales earners across Canada and as part of our awesome team in 2021, we ranked at the National Award level achievements in the top 100 across the country. My Lifetime Award of Excellence is certainly proudly displayed on my wall which is awarded to consistent Award Winners over a 10 year span - Obtained Brokers Designation – allows me the ability to run a Brokerage independently or a Branch if so desired. Minimally it gives me enhanced real estate knowledge which is helpful to my Buyers & Sellers. Real Estate Management Experience – I managed 2 Royal LePage offices for a span of just under 2 years. I gained an incredible amount of experience & knowledge as well as insight into the industry during this period of time. This has tremendously helped in enhancing my expertise in many areas. However, I greatly missed working on a one to one basis with my clients & friends so in 2008 I moved back into the residential sales side of Royal LePage. - Last but not least, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation supporting women’s shelters and violence prevention programs. I am a large supporter of this charity and a portion of every one of my transactions goes to support this effort.
